“I nailed the interview! My answer was perfect! ”
“I do not have sufficient data to support a hiring decision.”
Does this sound familiar to you? What went wrong?
Job Interview is Not An Exam!
For exam, answering all questions correct scores you an “A”;
For Interview, getting all questions correct DOES NOT guarantee an offer.
Job interview is A Matching Game
Hiring Managers look for someone who has the skills to complement their existing team.
“Are you the one who can close a hard or soft skill gap on the team? “
Interview is a data collection process for the Hiring Managers to find the right fit.
The REAL question is: Are you giving them the relevant data to support the hiring decision that you are the proper match?
From a Strong Candidate to a Desirable Hire!
A Strong Candidate is the one who checks most of the checklist boxes -> it leads you to a job interview opportunity;
A Desirable Hire is the one who uncovers the Hiring Manager’s needs during the interview and provides relevant data to match the needs -> the data backs a positive hiring decision and leads to a potential Job Offer!
By mastering this skill, you enter the room as a Strong Candidate, depart as the Desirable Hire.

Our clients heartfelt Testimonials.
Teresa provided first class coaching. She had a methodical approach to giving insight into the Amazon Leadership Principles, and how these relate to the questions I would need to be prepared for. We worked together on my key stories that would demonstrate my application of these principles, she provided great feedback and suggestions. The loop was a great experience for me, being fully prepared made it enjoyable. I’m happy to say this led to an offer.
Teresa's help and advice helped me clear an L7 interview at Amazon. Though I approached her very close to the interview date, she provided quick responses with detailed insights regarding the process, and specific, actionable feedback regarding my level of preparedness. A detailed written example that she prepared helped me develop similar answers for the LP style questions using a STAR format. Highly recommended!
I initially contacted Teresa as I needed coaching and feedback to prepare for an Amazon Marketing Manager Interview. In my first interaction with her (15 min free consultation), I figured she was approachable, honest, and thoroughly professional. She took the time to ensure I had a complete understanding of her feedback. As I was practicing my mock-up interview with her, she provided me with very insightful and thought-provoking feedback, which changed my approach and confidence in my interviews. I have closely observed several coaches in the Industry, and by far, she is the BEST.
Coaching can be one sided or first taking the pain to understand the candidate side and then framing the things. Teresa belongs to those meticulous coaches who really want to work with you based on your background and current baseline to help you up the game. My session was really very helpful in preparing as obviously there were areas which only a good coach can point out. She was patient and a great listener. I got tremendous prep help with her session. Think no further in engaging her for your professional growth.
Teresa is amazing! I took her help for Amazon LP. I went to her with 2 problems, finding it hard to remember all stories for all situations and unable to determine the level of explanation needed-- explaining too long or too short. She had let me talk in my first mock and was clearly able to control my thoughts and helped to put them into stories and explained where to elaborate and where to cut short.. She also helped me with how I can reuse a few stories for different situations as it was overwhelming for me to remember all stories for all situations. As she has technical/program management experience, she is able to relate quickly and bring out the best part of the story and made me elaborate on the key aspects of my achievements/actions. Her idea of grouping the principles really helped. I would definitely recommend her if you have your LP planned.
